While ARC does offer consulting services, ARC is not a consulting firm. ARC is a network of freelance consultants who come together to provide specialised research services. ARC is the umbrella body which provides leadership, opportunities, and support for individuals and teams of consultants. ARC does not have staff nor does it pay salaries – all consultants working on ARC projects are completely independent. ARC brings consultants together based on the needs of individual projects, creating and re-creating micro-organisations each time. This model allows expert consultants to focus on providing high-quality deliverables, while ARC provides the structure, support, and leadership needed for optimal performance.
Do I need to have an RfP or a Call for Proposals in order to hire consultants through ARC?
