Bringing extensive experience across operations, finance, and organisational management, Mira is responsible for the internal functioning of ARC. She oversees financial management, due diligence, compliance, and payment systems, ensuring the organisation operates with clarity, stability, and accountability. Her role is to structure and sustain ARC itself - enabling the collective to function efficiently while maintaining the standards expected of an industry leading organisation.


Dr. Adaiah Lilenstein
Chief Executive Officer
With a PhD in Economics and Honours in Psychology, Adaiah brings deep analytical expertise alongside extensive consulting experience across independent and formal environments. She leads ARC’s strategic direction, shaping its systems, positioning, and long-term development, while ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of methodological rigour. Her role bridges research excellence with organisational evolution, guiding ARC as both a research collective and a growing institution.
